Our main clothing supplier is based out McDonough, GA. The premier shirt we use for our clients, the Bella Canvas 3001, is not only made in America, but also assembled in the Southeast; right by our little peach. Screen printing
As classic as it comes. Screen printing is perfect for orders that have multiple pieces with the same design and color. We use industry grade plastisol ink with 3 different levels of softness. May have up to 3 colors of ink.
Perfect for: Text, more than 5 pieces of the same design, jobs on a budget
Not good for: > 3 colors or shading,
Vinyl printing
One of the newer methods of t-shirt "printing", and one that we personally have been loving! With the help of our plotter, we can cut out vinyl that can be transferred to any kind of apparel.
Perfect for: small runs, or jobs with multiple kinds of designs, doesn't fade
Not good for: high detailed designs
Embroidery
Embroidery has seen a large resurgence lately and for good reason! You get a very professional and artisan look, with the benefit of no chipping, fading, or cracking.
Perfect for: luxury and artisan brands, alternative style of printing
Not good for: Customers on a budget
Digital Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Print
Direct to Garment printing, or DTG printing, is another newer method that we're excited to offer. You can finally print grandpa's birthday photo, or any full color design with shading. This method is a form sublimation and injects ink into the garment, instead of onto it.
Perfect for: Full color designs, 1-offs and limited runs
Not good for: Lifespan of print, fast delivery
